Shipping:
We will arrange for the pickup of the product from your location.

Alternatively, you may be requested to ship the product back to us. In such cases, we will reimburse the shipping cost.

Refund Process:

Products that show signs of use, misuse, or damage due to improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.
